We're on a custom DTD, meaning we can't use the resource manager. We have to use the Object > Browse feature. The usability and the integration with Windchill is currenlty very limited. Some suggestions:
- Grey out buttons that aren't allowed by Windchill. Released content can't be checked-out for instance. This isn't clear in this interface. The button is still clickable.
- Add columns to this view, e.g. version, lifecyle state, check-in status, ...
- Filters: e.g. per object type, state, featured in workspace, ...
In general, I would expect a better view of the local/serverside workspace. The embedded browser from Creo isn't the best solution, but it's better than this browser.
