When the *.3le is saved as *.3d the actual .3d file is unencrypted, but the *.3ln is still encrypted.
But when when creating a new tag in this namespace the *.3ln becomes unencrypted.
Please enhance the software so that a 'tsave' forces un-encryption of any linked ALE namespaces
