Hello!

If I collapse an element in the treeview, it gets collapsed as well in the editwindow.

The option of 'Tools > Preferences > View' and turning off 'Synchronized Views' is no solution, because this will disable synchronized scrolling as well, which should be kept alive.

The enhancement request is to "decouple" the collapse/expand from both views without disabling synchronized scrolling.
