I wasn't sure which files to copy and when it didn't do this
automatically, I went for the new license key. The other odd thing
was it looked like it had a different server code when I looked at
the text of the existing license file. I'll try this on another
machine and see what happens.

You can go to the Arbortext support part of the PTC website and look at
your license information. It might help you figure this out.

That's what I did. I returned the old license and entered the new
code. All is working, just not like previous updates.

I meant that they should have a history of your server codes and license
keys, so you could figure out if your server code really did change.
The only reason I mentioned it was because you said that "..it looked
like it had a different server code...". I thought that maybe you
weren't sure.
