[A30355]Dispatch error #8960 evaluating script: Failed to create PerlScript content named EpicPLS

I've got one user who gets the error message in the subject line every time she tries to use the standard "Edit => Create Inclusion from Selection" menu item. No other users can replicate the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

If no other user, permissions, environment, version differences can be
sussed out ... uninstall / reinstall. Then open a case if it persists.
