Can you tell me if Arbortext 5.1 is compliant with Windows Vista?

5.1 is not certified with Vista, you may want to try it in a controlled test environment but my recommendation is upgrade to the latest version of Editor especially if you want to exploit the recent DITA support.

same question, only for 5.3. Just change the "release" to 5.1 in the instructions
