Is anyone here in the community using Arbortext editor 6.1 M070 with Windows 10?
Though it is not supported by PTC we had been running Arbortext in Windows 10 which was working fine without issues till the last Microsoft Windows 10 update. Since then, we face crashing issue without warning whenever we attempt to insert any element that requires opening an additional window without any error log. The Windows event viewer points to ucrtbase.dll which is related the Visual C++ component but we couldn't identify the exact cause of the issue. If we just uninstall the latest Visual C++ that got installed with this OS update, the issue still exists and the event viewer keeps pointing to ntdll.dll which is again a Windows core kernel.
Since the OS and version is not supported, we couldn't get much of TS help. If any one has run into such issues, please let me know if there is any fix.
