Arbortext Editor 6.0 M140 is compatible with Documentum WDK 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.7 SP1 and 6.7 SP2 with Apache Tomcat

It is compatible on Window 7 and 8, but not with IE10 or higher

Arbortext Editor 6.1 F000 - M070 support Documentum WDK. 6.1 M080 does not.

The latest version of Arbortext Editor is 7.0 M010.

This information is available at the PTC support site.

http://support.ptc.com/cs/product_calendar/PTC_Product_Calendar.htm

and

Compatability info is available at

http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/168977/en/Arbortext-Software-Compatibility-Matrices-7.0-M010-11.1-M010.pdf

The 7.0 release of Arbortext Products does not support Documentum.

So "No" is the answer to your questions.
