Arbortext unable to Open an XML file

I'm trying to open up a normal enough XML file in Arbortext but am getting this error:


"[A31437] Could not open 'Mydoc.xml' as an XML document. Do you want to open it as an ASCII file?"


The document is a simple enough, UTF-8, well-formed XML document that is validating against it's DTD. Really puzzled on this one. Any ideas?

Kevin,



Could you attach the XML file or at least the header. Typically Epic does
this when it cannot determine if the file is in fact XML. Usually it is some
simple little thing in the header or an invalid markup character in the XML
itself.
