To those of you folks who use Army TMSS documents and are wondering what has
happened to the ASRL, well I am hearing rumors that it MAY be back up
sometime this month or early February.
Now if APD will just realize it needs to get involved with supporting what
is posted there things will be nice.
I would also recommend caution in using any DTD supporting the
MIL-STD-40051-1B/-2B revision. There are a lot of issues in that DTD. I am
aware of at least 20 changes made in the revision requiring a DTD change
that were not made.
