The product is discontinued. The equivalent product we have is PTCU.

Kumarappan, It is bad news for customer who bought Arbortext LMS in 2007-2008 year. What to do for this customer? Has PTC an offer for upgrade from from Arbortext LMS to PTCU? Alexander Neder, PTS

Contact your rep/reseller. If the customer is current on maintenance, they should have access.
