I hope you can help me out because I'm out of solution.
We are currently using Arbortext Editor and we have a problem when we try to publish manuals to our WindChill server.
It gives us a C++ Runtime Error.

We already had this problem and we repaired it by installing an old version of firefox with an old version of Java.
Now it's working very good.
But we did the same solution to the other guy and he still has the issue.
We uninstalled / reinstalled, we repaired C++, we searched for any difference between his PC and the PC of the guy whose it's working.
The problem isn't at the server side.
The error doesn't appear in the eventvwr...
BUT java left us an error log.
