We had a toolbar created for us that is only active in dita topics not in the ditamap. How do I change it to be active for ditamaps? The tool bar always docks and undocks as you close and reopen topics so it never stays in place. What do I need to look for?
OK I found that there was an instance.acl file that was calling up the toolbar in the doctypes folder for the techinfo, but was not in the techinfomap. Now it opens with a map. How do I tell it to always be docked?
