DITA DTD updation error in Arbortext

Hi Adepters,

I am trying to make optional title and desc to required element from DITA base file, tblDecl.mod by removing question mark(?) .



I am getting below error

If I remove question mark from title alone, its working fine.

Original tblDecl.mod file given below.

I'm guessing that the table that is out of context does not have any content from the %desc; entity, You may want to change the model to be allow %desc; to still be optional.

You will also get that error if you don't have a in the now. You may need to fix all occurrances where was not inserted previously in order to get the the document back into context.

The FOSI/stylesheet has nothing to do with making a document out of context.

I am not able to identify whether it is DTD error or arbortext FOSI error. Somebody can help me in this issue?
