i am using isodraw 7.1. when i export it to EPS format and open it in Adobe illustrator i wont be able to edit the callout numbers.

I am not sure if it is important to have an EPS-file. I think while exporting into EPS-files the text will be converted into drawing-paths. To avoid this it might be better to export into AI-files. When you open the AI-File you may be in the position to edit the text ...
