Editor 5.3 Dialog Box Issues

I am running Editor 5.3 with Styler on Windows XP. Whenever a dialog box pops up (Preferences, New File, etc.) all the text has an ampersand before it and a semicolon after. This includes all buttons (Open, Browse, Cancel, etc.) and the title bar.

Never seen such behaviour. I'd suggest opening a call with Tech Support.
