Epic Response Message

Good Day.

I am using Epic 4.3, with Print composer.

1) whenever I open a document I get the following error:

Epic Editor Response

winregistry: [A20272] cannot get Path in _ queryBinaryValue (6)

once I click on ok, I get another error which is exactly the same as the one above, and I click ok again, and then I can work in my document.

2) Also, when I am scrolling through the document within Print Preview, I get the following error:

Pubview.exe has generated errors and will close Print Preview, and will produce an error log

a vdebug.log is generated with the following content:

An error has occurred. The following chain of information is available:

error 1: /Return/Null/

message: No Windows resources (BITMAP)

errno: 2: No such file or directory

Has anyone encountered these two things happening? If so, how were you able to resolve this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled EPIC, but, that doesn't seem to work.

Thanks,

Donna,

We continually receive the second error
that you describe and have put in a case to Arbortext support. It has yet
to be solved.

Regards,

Sean
