There are multiple options for this. The simplest is using the batch tool that you likely received with IsoDraw. On the menu bar you'll see a selection called "Ext". There is a batch tool. You can select "Destination options..." to specify file export type.
The batch tool is your best idea for batch jobs. If you need to do this each time a file is updated, a macro approach would be best. If you choose this path, post in the macro forum to get assistance.
