ISO View 7.2 Blank Screen

Has anyone encountered and or resolved ISO View 7.2 Blank Screen issues?

Checked all generic I.E.  settings - Compate modes, Active X, Graphics Card... etc.

Any other suggestions/resolution why this will not display graphics?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
