Due to this posting and email I received, I put the section on indexing from my book, Essential FOSI, on my web site at

This is fantastic Suzanne. From what I've seen, your FOSI manual content
is of very high quality, and the indexing chapter is no different.

I do like the clean styling and layout and overall usability of the
manual seems very good.

I know how much time and effort must go into this - thank you so much
for sharing. I'm sure quite a few on this list are eagerly awaiting the
completion of your Bible 🙂
