Insert Symbol - Character Entites not being populated

When Arbortext opens it first file, it populates the Character Entities screen with the values from the file. But when you save that file and open another file, it does not. The only way to get the Character Entities screen to populate is to close and re-open Arbortext. This only seems to happen after saving a file. I am using version 5.3 F000 in a Citrix envirionment. How can I get the Character Entities screen to populate on the second file without having to close and re-open Arbortext? John

After further testing, I have found that the problem occurs when the first file is closed (whether or not if the file was saved first). If I leave the first file opened then I can see the character entities when I open the second file. But if I close the first file before opening the second file, the character entities are not shown. John

Sounds like the character entities are being saved in the individual file rather than somewhere global for you to have access to them.
