Hello,
We are having an issue where users are being denied access to IsoDraw CAD because all of the licenses are in use. We are trying to determine if we need more licenses or if this it is just a case of users opening the application and letting it run in the background.
Is there a way to get this type of information in the log file? I can see in the error log when a user is denied due to no available licenses - but I can't see how long users with the licenses taken have been idle, etc.
Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated.
