I'm working on the same issue but I did get some advice from a vendor as follows: =========== "In order to correct the "Error -50" issue, could you please deactivate the UAC (User Account Control) on Windows VISTA proceeding as follows (please note that you must be connected as an administrator) : - launch MSCONFIG by from the Start > Run menu - click on the Tools tab. Scroll down till you find "Enable UAC". Click on that line to disable it. - press the Launch button. - command window will open. When the command is done, you can close the window. - close MSCONFIG. You need to reboot the computer for changes to be applied." =========== This did resolve the issue but not in a way I'll be able to use. I'm using Process Monitor right now to find where any reg keys/directories are being block so I can open just enough to get Isoview to work. Perhaps we can collaborate.
