Installed 7.3 M080. Having problems opening/importing dwg files.
dwg file was exported as a AutoCAD 10 file.
Was instructed by PTC to do a "fresh" install by "un-installing" and "Deleting" IsoDraw folder.
Completed the instructions and Installed 7.3 M080.
Still the same problem.
When attempting to open/import a dwg file the error message displays "Caution" "An unknown error has occurred"
PTC Rep opened the same file with same version of IsoDraw Foundation. His installation opened the file and gave option to select the Model, Layer 1 or Layer 2.
