We have been experiencing an issue with the # sign appearing rather then the illustration in Isoview. This happens repeatedly on a daily basis. To correct this problem, the cache must be cleared and Isoview restarted. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It happens in both Windows XP and Windows 7. Does anyone have information on a permanent fix for this?
