Hi Ellen,
We never were able to overcome this problem, despite getting assistance
from PTC customer service as well as the creator of the app with the
java customizations that we were accessing. Only one remote user at a
time was ever able to load Java and run our customizations; once the JVM
was running for the first Arbortext user, that was it until they exited.
Our solution in the end was to stop using Citrix; we now have our remote
users set up with remote desktop, connecting to PCs located here in our
building.
Sorry I can't be of more help; just wanted to let you know we never did
find a solution, at least in our case.
