But to be sure ... the behavior you see is that double-clicking XML in
Windows Explorer brings an existing Editor instance into focus and then
stops ... no crash, no messages, no XML opened into Editor?
Previously, when MS has stolen the extension, .xml reverted to opening in
Internet Explorer.
This is different.
