According to the PTC APP 11_1_System and Soft.....pdf it is o.k. to install the s/w in an Intel Xeon CPU 3/00GHz with 2 GB RAM and Windows Server 2003, but when we try to install we take the process stop and give us the message "The operating system is not adequate for running PTC....WIN32 11.1 F000"

Please note in the matrix that 2003 server is not supported.

Microsoft brought Windows 2003 to end of life on July 14, 2015.

The Windows servers 2008 and 2012 are supported.

Yes, there is no mention in the matrix (dated by july 2015) about Windows Server 2003, but here is a screenshot from Installing "PTC Arbortext Advanced Print Publisher (PTC Arbortext Advanced Print Publisher 11.1)" PDF guide which is dated by june 2015 year:

You may try those platforms, and find that the application works for you in that environment, but it is not supported.

PTC does not support or recommend the use of Arbortext Advanced Print Publisher with Windows 2003 or Windows XP.
