If you have suggestions for enhancing the various components of PTC's
support website, definitely post them to this forum. After my post on
9/6, PG forwarded my e-mail around the company. PTC set up a
conference call with me on 9/13. At least five PTC support managers
and directors literally from around the world were on the call.
