We are working on using Arbortext 5.2 Publishing Engine as well as Editor with Documentum as our content manager and wanted to know your perspective (or stories) about performance when you have users accessing the tools from multiple sites including overseas locations. Is this strictly an issue of network bandwidth and server, or are there other factors?
We are also interested in using Citrix for Arbortext and would like to hear what users think of the performance?
