Problem inserting a file entity

Adepters:

One of my experienced users is reporting a problem when she inserts a file entity in which she gets two entity references, separated by a PI. For example:

&fileent1;&fileent1;

Any ideas what could cause that and what the APT PI is for? We're using Arbortext Editor 5.2 patch M120. She's using the standard Entities -> File -> Insert interface.

I just saw the same thing and I wasn't even inserting the graphic, but did
edit it as XML... weird. 5.2Mod020
