I recently started experiencing the following behaviour in Adept 7:

Opening a document in Adept, I got an error message that an entity in the
instance (<) was not declared, although the entity displays correctly as From the error message, it seems Adept is expecting the entity reference to be
<and not < but changing the entity is no good, because when I save the
document Adept 'normalizes' the case back to lower.

If I dismiss the message and do a 'check completeness check (entities included)
without fixing the error, the error message is not displayed!

If I select Entities... Character... in Adept, I can see only a portion of the
entities declared in the DTD, and though the entity names are all UPPER CASE,
e.g. AACUTE, AELIG, the entities shown beside the names are all lower case. The
entity sets we include in our DTD are:
Isogrk1.ent
Isolat1.ent
Isonum.ent
Isopub.ent
Isotech.ent

I edited the file ADEPT\ENTITIES\Ati-dflt.dcl and changed the NAMECASE to NO for
both GENERAL and ENTITY. This got rid of the parsing error on opening the
document, but I still can't see all the entities I should be able to. Is there
some simple error in the DTD? We have changed the DTD recently, so maybe it is
the problem. Here is the relevant section:

%isolat1;

%isotech;

%isogrk1;

%isonum;

%isopub;

One other (unrelated) question regarding technical support in the UK: I
understand that Database Publishing Systems Ltd, who were the sole distributors
of Adept in the UK, have gone into liquidation. How can I get local technical
support on Adept Editor now?

Thanks in advance for you help.
