Stylersheet updates....

Anyone here have clue to why our styler
sheet will not update our document unless:

<font<br/>size=2 color=navy face=Arial><span<br/>style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"> <font<br/>size=2 color=navy face=Arial>We edit the underlying XML and manually hit update.

<font<br/>size=2 color=navy face=Arial><span<br/>style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"> <font<br/>size=2 color=navy face=Arial>We cut or copy and paste the element.

What
do you mean by "update"? Do you mean update generated text or something
else? If it's generated text, maybe your auto update mode for gentext is
set to off.

Gerald,

Sorry, but "unless" what???

Like Ed asked is this generated text
or like I had a couple of weeks ago, a modular style sheet where the main
style sheet had to be modified as well for changes in the children to appear.

For some reason people reading their mails as text only coudln't see the whole HTML mail.
(imho all mails should be text only...)

Christophe,

Thank you for the clarification. Gerald,
my apology, Lotus Notes continues to show its "supremacy' as a valued
email reader (not).

Check Ed's suggestions, though I have
had a couple of files not update generated text even with full auto update
on. Not often enough to generate (sic) a trouble ticket though and
never to the point I could figure out why.

I use Outlook....anyway, the gentext is set to on. I noticed that when I make a change to the attribute in an element, the styler sheet does not reflect the change unless I do what I "described" or when I "Repeat Modify Attributes". We customize Epic with .NET.

There is no Repeat (last action) in ACL or in the AOM, or atleast I haven't found any so, I did this:

documentInterface.Undo
documentInterface.Redo

This works, but it seems a little hokey to me... thanks for your inputs. Aloha.
