A reinstall should sort it, otherwise you may be able to register the PE COM server using regsvr32.exe.

In a command prompt window that is running as Administrator, you can navigate to the editor.exe in bin\x64 and do

editor -RegServer

You can also run the PE Configuration tool and it will ask you if you want to register editor as a COM server.
