We have Arbortext 7.1 M021 installed with the Print Composer component. When trying to perform a print preview the process never completes. It just sits there. I have no issues publishing a file but am unable to print preview. There is [fmt 2] in the bottom corner that seems to be hung. Our Stylesheets are FOSI.
We had this issue in the previous version and we were able to hit the ENTER key on the keypad and it would go through but its not working this time. The only want to kill this process is to try to Publish to PDF and then it gives me the option to cancel the current process and start a new one.
Any help would be appreciated.
