Unsubscribe me please

I have
tried to unsubscribe from the adepters list by sending an email to href="mailto:listmanager@maillist.arbortext.com">color=#000000>listmanager@maillist.arbortext.com, and I've also gone
to forums.arbortext.com to change my subscription options, and I still get
E-mails from this list. I'm hoping this way will work. Please unsubscribe me
from the Adepters E-mail list.
