.cgm graphic will not load into Arbortext.

I am having an issue with Arbortext not excepting our .cgm files. the system is running Arbortext 6.0 M090. when the cgm is loaded I get a graphic symbol with an X over it. when I run a print preview there is an error that reads "the file does not contain a graphic format". Very odd the other computer with the exact same configuration works fine. Any help with this would be great.

go to tools preferences, advanced, isoviewfile formats and make sure that cgm is in the list. May need to reinstall isoview from the Arbortext editor install folder.

Did you recently upgrade versions may need to rerigister your isoview.

Start > Run > cmd

In the DOS window, navigate to the install path for ArbortextIsoView 7.3, then enter

regsvr32 IsoViewX73.ocx

or

regsvr32 IsoViewX73_x64.ocx
