## columns, how to get them working

I'm am not to proud on having to ask this, but how do I get my text into
columns?

sigh()

I defined a pageset called two columns. I defined the two columns the
gutter, all goes well.

On a certain element I have placed the text break start page =
next page-id - 2columns.

I'm thinking that this is all there is to it.

My mistake, nothing happens.

When I look at the pageset definition, I have the option of selecting the
number of columns I want to use. My guess was if I select two, I will get
my text in two columns...wrong again.

Each time I go there the first diamond (as the help file calls it), is
selected and not the one I want: 2 columns.

I'm obviously missing something fundamental here, just hoping one of you
can help me out.

Oops, I meant, in your e-i-c, in addition to the vertical text break start
page, add to the horizontal properties.
