Are you aware of any existing tools who can document (modular) dtds and
schemas for non technical people?
I mean:
It must not only be possible to explain the use of elements and
attributes, but also give examples how these elements will be rendered.
So the explanation of the elements can be publication specific.
It's not a good idea to write documentation in the dtd or schema itself
if there is a lot to explain.
