Hi Gregor, the EXT menu is always visible and is not related to the UWGM. It contains IsoDraw plugins if some are installed. Usually after registering IsoDraw on Windchill, additional toolbars should be visible (check in, check out, etc.) You may restart IsoDraw and check the preferences. There is one pane where a check mark should be active, indicating that you are connected to Windchill. If all this is given, the connection to Windchill should work. If you still have no success I recommend that a specialist from PTC support helps you further. Much success, Christian
