Is it possible to set up a FO stylesheet to accommadate separate pages on a 8 1/2 x 17 sheet with dual columns, single columns and seaparate headers and footers with page numbers?
Yes, but you don't use Styler to create FO stylesheets. If you want FO training, you should look elsewhere:
