Host History

Is there any way to view who created a particular host or who made changes to the license allocation?  I need some way to know who to talk to about some licensing hosts that were recently created.

By the way, the 'Host History' page is consistently throwing errors:

I just looked at the column headings and see there is a column for 'Modified By', so I guess that's 'yes'.
