AWOL Component

WF2, M220

I have an assembly where a component has gone AWOL.  No error messages, it's just missing from the model tree and the screen.

*     It has children which are placed fine and when redefined, list the AWOL component as the assembly references.
*     It's listed in the family table, but since it doesn't exist in the generic (It's supposed to be suppressed in the generic, resumed in certain instances), the instances that require it don't get it either.
*     In the model tree, the feature numbers go from 33 to 35 where it should be, skipping 34.
*     If I use the search tool I can select it by feature number and it then highlights on screen.

I've gone through and re-assembled it and, using the search tool, deleted the AWOL one and fixed up my family table.  What I'm wondering is if anyone has seen this before and how it may have happened.

I have another assembly that is exhibiting the same behavior as well, is there a way to get the AWOL one back so I can save some work?
