Batch publish?

Batch publish?

When our database was set up (brought into PDMLink9.1 from I/Link3.4), the automatic Publish setting was not configured correctly, resulting in many drawings, assemblies and parts that do not have images in ProductView. We can SendToPublisher on-demand, but this is not convenient for some of our end users (customers).

Is there a way to interrogate the database to compile a listing of all such items, and perform a batch publishing?

Thanks,

Batch publish?

Hi David,

Is a CAD worker configured for your Windchill PDMLink 9.1 server ? A CAD
worker can do this job easily.

RE: Batch publish?

Hello ,

If the epm objects you wanted to publish resides in a particular context , you can initiate a batch-publishing from the context from a feature availabe in Context -> Utilities -> Publish Scedule Admin .

Else if you have a list of objs' to be published , it can also be done by customising this component which is pretty much simple.
