Can't move items in Assy Tree

I have a user who has an assembly that has a model tree problem. He
can't select any item and move it up and down the tree, and even more
strange there is no Insert Here red Arrow. But when he assembles
another component, it inserts it at the bottom of the tree. Any other
assy's he deals with are fine. Could there be some type of setting
that is causing this behavior?

That seems to be more FILE SPECIFIC than anything else. I don't know of any
setting that would cause that kind of behavior.

There was a bug in early builds of WF3 that prevented re-ordering of
items in the tree if there were items in the model tree footer. Not
exactly the same,l but if you are on an early build of WF3 you might
want to move up to something newer if you can to try to fix it.

Another thought is to use the model player in the tools menu to force a
regen on the assy. Roll it back to the beginning, make sure the 'regen
features' box is checked and then roll it to the end.

Restarted Pro|E and reopening the assy is always a good idea when weird
things like this happen.
