Hi,

you can analyze user trail files to get requested information.

Hello MH,

Thanks for your response,

I am looking at organization level reports.

Regards,

Raghu

Martin is correct; the best location to draw that information from is the trail files. It would allow determining number of files opened, skipped operations, successful operations, et al.

Perhaps it's available from PTC's Performance Advisor, but you'll need to contact PTC sales to find out.

Hello,

But how would I get to those trail files ? Our License server is on Windows OS.

Thank you

trail file location is determined in the config.pro, mine is as below

trail_dir c:\temp

We use a Group Policy script to scrape the trail files and collect some data once per week, we look for the phrase "has been saved" to analyse how many users are authoring data and how many are just viewing data, to help us undertstand license utilisation.

You could also look for other phrases associated with a certain action
