Is there a method to fix all or enable all constraints in an assembly?

I have thousands of migrated assemblies that have some constraints disabled.  When using the assemblies as references for new constructs the parts with the disabled constraints are troublesome and re enabling then is time consuming.  Is there a tool or method to be used to fix all components even though they may be constrained (override?)  Our quick turn engineering is a bit frustrated.

Use the search tool to select all packaged components and then fix them:

Can you edit the Pro|Program data to get there quickly?

I do this a lot in SW were an import is all unconstrained and quickly fix everything highlighted.

But if there are constraints, they need to be removed first.

If this is a "template" of sorts, you might just invest in cleaning it up.
