Meshing of two parts

Hi,

Is there any way to copy a mesh from a part or assembly to other?I see inconsistancy in mesh with parts if I refine it.

Is it possible to view results of Pro/Mechanica in Lite version?

Hi Dhinesh,

You can copy a mesh from one part to another, if the target part is the same or very similar to the source part (including internal model ids - that is, it must be the same part, possibly with minor modifications, dimension changes, etc.). You can do this by saving the mesh in the first part to an .mmp/.mma file (File -> Save Mesh on the AutoGEM dialog). The, when you enter AutoGEM with the second part current, Simulate will ask you if you want to retrieve the saved mesh file.

Yes, you can view Pro/MECHANICA results in SImulate Lite.
