PTC Creo 3.0 from PTC has stopped working

Whenever i open an assembly file, Creo exits with error "PTC Creo 3.0 from PTC has stopped working", where as the parts are opening without any error. What could be reason for this error?

Hi Kishore,

Is this with a specific assembly? If yes:

1. You can create create a case for Technical support and provide data and steps to reproduce the issue.

2. You may try troubleshooting this and try finding is there any specific part of assembly causing this.

     A) Close all data and clear memory

     B) File > Open Representation (in pull down of Open)

     C) "Define" to create a new rep, now try including components one by one and check if any specific part is causing this.

What build of Creo 3.0 are you using? We recently updated to M070 for some manufacturing fixes and we are experiencing assembly issues as well. Our large assemblies just freeze up during regen when we open them.
