Restructure Error

Restructure Error

WF3

A co-worker is trying to restructure some components out of a sub assy
into the top level and is getting this error:

Cannot restructure from an assembly intersected by an assembly feature.

However, there are no assembly features in the top level or the sub assy
aside from datums (plane, axis, CS, etc.). The component has no
children (at least nothing that shows up when trying to delete it).

Anyone know what that error really means?

Dear Schaefer,

You tried to use the command restructure?

Edit > Restructure

In this command the drive has to be done one by one in the components. That is, select the item to move and after the target item, the Subassembly destination.

The components that were assembled by moving suffer relations position or by Default?

This may be the problem!
